the reservation request, please note the following:
All requests do not guarantee room availability.
Please submit reservation request with as much advance notice as
possible. Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate area(s)
to check on availability. If your event is less than 48 hours away,
please call 973.720.3243 or 3245 to make your reservation. You will
be notified by e-mail within 2 business days, with a room contract
#, or with information concerning your request.
A majority of buildings/locations have standard room setups. They
are primarily lecture and classroom style. Please note available
room setups in the ROOM SETUP section. The sponsor should determine
in advance of the event the suitability (capacity, lighting, sound,
media services, etc.) of the location.
All food/beverages must be purchased through our Dining Services
and Catering Office. Any questions or concerns should be directed
to fs-marstonc@wpunj.edu or
973.720.3210. Plans should be made at least 2 weeks prior to the
event date. An account number the event is being charged to will
be needed.
All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Hospitality Services.

There is no fee for room rental for University organizations/departments.
However the requesting sponsor of the event may be responsible for
labor & misc. costs, pertaining to the event. An account number
will be required. Outside groups will be charged a rental fee, along
with the labor & misc. costs.
