Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) salary
increases are negotiated and approved by the State and applicable
bargaining units (unions). These percentage increases are outlined
in the current contract books and do not affect the salary range,
salary step or anniversary date when they are implemented. Employees
within a specific bargaining unit all receive the same percentage
increase.
Contractually based COLA does not apply to Higher
Education Managers.
