An Advancement is movement from a non-competitive
or competitive title to another title within the non-competitive
division. Employees interested in being considered for such opportunities
should respond as indicated in the posting. Vacancies can be found
on the Human Resources Employment Opportunities website and are
posted on various bulletin boards throughout the campus. Applicants
are subject to an interview process and the selected candidate must
successfully complete a Working Test Period to achieve permanent
status in the title.
