Supervisors take note: this training is MANDATORY for any William Paterson University supervisor or manager! William Paterson University is a Drug-Free Workplace and as such requires its employees to be notified of exactly what that means. All employees have received a copy of the University's Substance Abuse Policy; this workshop is designed to help us all understand the implications of that policy. You will learn about the human and financial costs of alcohol and drug abuse in the workplace, how to identify potential problems, and resources that are available to all faculty, staff, and their household members for help when it is needed. Faculty and staff in non-supervisory roles are also welcome to attend.
