Course Descriptions
PowerPoint I
This half-day workshop teaches the basics of computerized presentation using PowerPoint 2003. Whether you have been using PowerPoint or are just beginning, this is where you need to start. You will learn to:
·Start a presentation
·Create a title slide
·View text attributes
·Save a presentation
·Add slides
·Create bulleted list slides
·Add new slides with the same auto layout
·Move between slides in slide view
·Quit PowerPoint
PowerPoint II
This half-day workshop is a continuation of PowerPoint 1. You should have a functional knowledge of all the PowerPoint 1 concepts before taking this class. You will learn to:
·Correct errors
·Change line space
·Print presentations
·Make transparencies
·Create a presentation from an outline
·Start new presentations
·Use outline view
·Create multi-level bulleted slides
·Create a slide with multiple text objects
·Create a closing slide
PowerPoint III
This half-day workshop is a continuation of PowerPoint 1 and 2. You should have a functional knowledge of all the PowerPoint 1 and 2 concepts before taking this class. You will be introduced to:
·Review presentations
·Change layouts
·Move text
·Add clip art
·Add headers and footers
·Check spelling and style
·Add animation effects
·Animate clip art objects
·Format and animate a title slide
·Run an animated slide show
PowerPoint IV
This half-day workshop is a continuation of PowerPoint 1, 2 and 3. You should have a functional knowledge of all the PowerPoint 1,2 and 3 concepts before taking this class. You will learn to:
·Check presentations
·Review new options
·Download graphics
·Embed video clips
·Send presentations over the Internet
·This session will also include a class discussion of problems which students encountered.
