Towers: North/South

Population:  526 North Tower -  486 South Tower

Style of Rooms: Standard double room suites, connected by a shared bathroom

Occupants: freshmen through senior

The Towers complex houses primarily, but not exclusively, freshmen and
sophomore students. Each residence has mostly double rooms and limited single rooms awarded to students with a documented  medical need after a review with the Health and Wellness Center. The buildings are mainly co-ed, and are arranged in
double room suites. Each room is occupied by two students, connected by a
shared bathroom to another room where two other students of the same gender reside. The Residence Life Department still offers an exclusively female wing for those who request it. Both wings on the H floor in the South Tower are set aside for the purpose of maintaining a 24-hour quiet environment, monitored by the students on the floor themselves with the assistance of the Resident Assistant staff.  Our buildings are smoke free - no smoking is permitted in the suites, hallways and public lounges.  The community offers air conditioning, a cable TV hookup, a computer port, and a telephone jack in each room. Study lounges are available on all floors. Each tower has a computer lab and laundry facilities. Vending machines are in the main lobby area. All residences are equipped with smoke detectors in every room and fire prevention sprinklers.
